Ihumure Vocational Training College

Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have had the wonderful news that planning permission will be given for the Ihumure Vocational Training College. After innumerable setbacks they have agreed to give permission. there is a condition that we put more toilets in. This will increase the cost a bit but let's trust god supplies! Thanks to Gary McFarlane for his tireless work in helping push this through in Rwanda, and also to Paul Ndahigwa who has given much of his time and energy to get this done. Well done Gary and Paul. There is a lot of hard work ahead to get the college set up but getting it built is the first step.
