Congo refugee project harvest

Last year we were able to buy 5 hectares of land through a grant from Vegfam. Funds were also available for seeds and tools etc. The harvest of beans has just come in and 75 sacks were harvested. If these are hundredweight sacks which I imagine they would be as they are large sacks, that equals over 3000 kgs. Praise God for that - it also gives the refugees a real sense of their own achievement and production as well as helping them work together in community.
